Delete your SeaLife account

You can permanently delete your SeaLife account and personal data. Here's what gets removed, what we have to keep, and how to request it.

Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone.

What gets deleted

Your profile and login, your listings, your reviews, your favourites, and your saved preferences. After deletion you can no longer sign in, and your profile and listings are removed from SeaLife.

What we keep, and why

By law we keep booking and transaction records for the period required for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution. These are separated from your profile so they no longer identify you. Records that may be needed for safety or dispute resolution, such as support-chat messages, may also be retained and disconnected from your profile. Everything is removed once the applicable retention period ends.

How to request deletion

To delete your account, email us at sealifeconnect@gmail.com and include the phone number on your account (the number you sign in with). We'll verify it's you and permanently delete your account within 30 days of confirming your request.
